We are dedicated to delivering your custom brick sets safely and efficiently. Because our models are highly specialized, hand-sorted creations, we operate under dedicated shipping, cancellation, and quality guidelines. Please review these policies carefully prior to finalizing your purchase.

1. Custom MOC Brick Sets Specifications

AltBrik specializes in sourcing and supplying premium, LEGO-compatible custom brick sets built from public part lists (MOC - My Own Creation). By purchasing from our platform, you acknowledge the following industry-standard specifications:

  • Fulfillment Packaging: To minimize international cargo volume, lower environmental impact, and protect components from shifting, our sets are shipped without retail box packaging. All parts are securely sorted, sealed, and bubble-wrapped in heavy-duty transit bags.
  • Component Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated in the product description, our sets do not include custom printed bricks, sticker sheets, minifigures, or specialized brand-specific characters.
  • Part Substitutions: In rare instances, printed, out-of-production, or highly specialized pieces may be substituted with high-quality, fully compatible alternative elements.
  • Design & Intellectual Property: AltBrik is an independent supplier of premium compatible bricks based on publicly available designs; we are not the original designers of these MOC models. Customers are responsible for reviewing the designer's original plans and part lists prior to purchasing.

2. Digital Manuals & Assembly Guides

In alignment with our environmental sustainability commitments, we utilize digital assembly instructions instead of paper manuals. This ensures you always receive the most up-to-date and high-resolution version of the build. A digital QR code is included inside your physical package to link you directly to the PDF manual. If you experience any technical difficulties scanning the code or accessing your file, please contact us, and we will email the PDF to you.

3. Order Cancellations

Because our custom sets require immediate automated processing and painstaking manual collection by our picking team, we operate within a very brief cancellation window:

  • Within 1 Hour: You can request a cancellation for a full refund by emailing our support team at contact@altbrik.com or cancel manually at account.altbrik.com within exactly one (1) hour of order placement.
  • After 1 Hour: Once your order exceeds this one-hour grace period, our team begins hand-selecting, packaging, and allocating inventory for your custom set. Consequently, cancellations can no longer be processed after this time.
  • Shipped Orders: No cancellations, recalls, or shipping address redirections can be made once a package has left our fulfillment facility.

4. Global Logistics & Delivery Timelines

To guarantee top-tier inventory availability, our premium brick sets are hand-picked, sorted, and packed in Asia prior to being dispatched directly to the United States and global destinations.

  • Estimated Processing & Sorting: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Estimated Shipping Transit: 8 to 15 business days via premium air cargo.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 14 to 21 business days from checkout.

Please note that these timelines are estimates. Deliveries may experience delays during high-volume holiday seasons, severe global weather, unexpected customs inspections, or regional carrier bottlenecks. Our sorting facilities do not operate during public holidays.

5. Address Changes

We process shipments as quickly as possible. If you need to correct your delivery address, please contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address before your order status updates to shipped. Once an order is handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee address modifications, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Product Presentation & Color Variance

We make every effort to display product imagery and brick colors accurately. However, minor variations in color tone may occur due to studio lighting, device screen calibration, or slight manufacturing variations between different brick production runs. Please contact our support team prior to purchasing if you require specific details regarding a model's color palette.

7. Import Duties, Tariffs, & Local Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, your package may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs tariffs, or regional carrier handling fees upon arrival.

  • These additional charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • All customs and import-related charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • If a package is rejected by the receiver due to import fees and returned to our facility, any return shipping costs, original transit fees, and customs penalties will be deducted from your final refund.

8. Shipping Carrier Protocol

Your package is transported via premium international air cargo before being transferred to your local domestic carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or EMS). These carrier networks operate as independent entities. Once tracking displays that your parcel has arrived in your country or is being held by your local postal station, please contact them directly with your tracking number for the most accurate scheduling and delivery updates.

9. Premium Quality Guarantee & Missing Parts Policy

At AltBrik, our sets consist of thousands of individual elements compiled by human hands. While we maintain a rigorous quality control process, human errors can occasionally occur. We fully stand behind our products with a complete quality guarantee.

If you discover missing or damaged components upon unboxing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your original AltBrik order number.
  • Clear photographs of the missing parts highlighted inside your assembly instructions.
  • The exact part numbers, colors, and quantities required.
  • A clear photograph of your outer shipping label and the internal packaging bags.

Once verified, our team will source and ship your replacement elements directly to your address at no additional cost.

Please note: Missing parts are strictly resolved through the shipment of replacement elements. Missing, substituted, or incorrect parts do not qualify your order for a return, exchange, or refund of the entire build set, unless we are unable to provide a viable replacement solution.
